I found the bed really uncomfortable and when we ordered room service dinner they didn't listen to my dietary needs.

Best value for money, excellent location with 3 mins walk to closest tube station

room and facilites are old but located very conveniently

Getting to the hotel after a long flight just seemed easier to do by taxi rather than changing busses so we paid a bit more for that but not outrageous.

We get 2 rooms nonsmoking. I room was smoking and other room was very bad smell from desinfection. Never more this hotel.
