Easy access to public transportation, surrounded by many restaurants, friendly staff

The staff were helpful & friendly, room comfort was good and hotel was in a good position to access Bushey and Watford town centre. Also next to a Toby Carvery which was good value.

Shame they changed the coffee machine. I have stayed here four times and have never had any issues at all...fantastic

Worst ever experience. Had to walk most of the days as the trams and trains don't go there and buses are not working all the time .

The internal phone was reported as not working and was not working when we left , The main disappointment was the SHOWER. there was no pressure no heat, this was partly sorted out after four days. And seeing we were only staying for five not satisfactory
