It is definitely value for money but in need of a bit of work in the near future. Ok for an over night stay

I would recommend the hotel for long and short stays to Brighton.

For Tokyo, the room was pretty large (still smaller than equivalent hotels in other cities, but that's an unfair comparison) with a massive bed, nespresso machine, working space and a small but not claustrophobic bathroom complete with bathtub. Very p
