STAFF VERY HELPFUL-CLEAN - AND GOOD VALUE

I felt like the hotel had a staff morale problems in my experience this is usually due to poor management practices and lack of staff recognition of staff by senior management. I rated the performance of the staff poorly their was a couple of exceptions

location is good, staff are nice, but the room is quite dirty

Close to metro station, tram line and 20mins walk to RER line B - Cite Universitaires

The reception staff were very friendly. The check in was very quick. It's hidden off the main road and actually not noisy from road traffic unlike other centre hotels in Nottingham.

The hotel staff here are friendly and helpful. The room, while a little on the small side, was comfortable with all the basic amenities I needed. I booked through Agoda and got a reasonable rate. There are a number of restaurants in the area, shops to
