great hotel, only for terminal 4... took a long time to terminal 2...

Full English breakfast was good. Walking distance to Shakespeare's birthplace.

The room is a bit small. Not very suitable for family with children and a lot of luggages . If you take the bus to the airport must bring all your own luggages to the bus stop outside the hotel opposite the road by yourself. Hotel staff will not help you.

The 3 best things were the choice of the breakfast buffet, the view from the bar on the top and the comfortable beds
