It is in a great location. The staff are very helpful there is a lot to see and do (and eat) in the neighborhood.

It is only 2 blocks away from JR station. The hotel has its charm , good service esp at reception. However, there are different rooms types and one of the types which we were allocated was the 'classical' style which seemed a bit old and jaded wit

Plumbing is not good, small rooms, old facilities

Private use of the Spa room (free), separate bedroom, breakfast delivered exactly as requested and on time.

Arrivé à 19h : plus de personnel , reçu les clés d'une chambre pas propre et avec draps sales, pas de code pour rentrer la nuit , pas d'excuse le lendemain . Hotel sans charme, service horrible gros dysfonctionnements
