Clean, extremely comfortable bed with lovely cotton sheets, friendly staff

Staff was very helpful friendly and polite even though they spoke little english. The room was small for 2 people. Price was expensive & didnt include breakfast. Location was close to the Hakata station.

Welcoming staff, opposite botanic gardens and Oran mor, excellent breakfast choice and range of teas on complimentary tray in bedroom. Best black pudding ever! Example of good Scottish hospitality.

Because of re-interior of wall, the smell made us creazy and house holding are very poor. The staff never smile. Also, the breakfast are terribly setting as well as breakfast time (7:00a.m ~900:am)
