Close to attractions, nice dinner buffet, nice mountain view

The hotel beds were comfortable and the shower was amazing. The only grip we had was that the complimentary beverages e.g. coffee, tea, mineral water were not replenished daily.

Lovely staff, extremely accommodating. Lovely room. One disappointment; no gym facilities.

The room itself is clean and sizable. If that is all you expect, then the hotel is fine. Location is not that good and staffs look a bit tired...better service and friendliness are expected as standard fot Japanese hospitality
