Woken by firealarm at 1pm and no apology from staff. Bathroom falling to bits. 1950 furnishings. Tired, very very tired hotel.

The room was okay but I didn't know I had to verify my card after paying and booking online. To verify the card, it will deduct 1 pound. I forgot the pin of my card so I give them a proof (all my IDs) that the card is mine but they still insist on pay
