With a very convenient location(less than 5 mins walk to Holborn tube station, concierge staffs are very nice, listened to your needs and provided as many as helps possible, Very happy to re-stay here again and feel at home with their warm cares. Excitin

Fantastic hotel in great location close to the train station. Rooms are comfortable, clean and spacious! This hotel even has an onsen upstairs! I also enjoyed the morning breakfast very much! Not much i can fault with this hotel. Will definitely stay here

Room is super big with a common area and tatami futon area. Bathroom is big too! Very clean

Good location in Paddington area and a pleasant hotel. We were pleased overall with the facility with one caveat. It was the smallest bathroom ever! We had to open the bathroom door to stand at the sink and......sit sideways on the toilet because our knee
