Hotel Manager is very friendly and helpful, the room is well heated, rooms are clean.

The location was convenient but there were bars and pub outside nereby. We could not sleep. Staff had helped us finding the new room other floor.

Very close to bus stop, 15mins to Ueno station by walking. They clean up rooms everyday and carefully, however room at 1F smells like too much disinfectent.

Good value, comfortable, central

Very centrally located hotel . Regarding the space in the room , or is quite small , a couple with 2 luggage would find it difficult to move in the room .
