Location is good; The room is clean;

Had difficulty in finding place. Staff was very nice. Food was good. Bed room carpet was not cleaned enough. Happy with overall facilities.

I chose this place as it is located not far from Osaka Itami airport and easy to get onto the train to head to Himeji, Kobe, Nara and Kyoto. Rooms are however small. There's a lot of good food just behind the hotel. Reasonably priced and helpful hote

Good breakfast and view But it is quite far from jr station You must take the shuttle It is shuttle time (march 2016) hotel to jr 8:30 9 9:30 10 10:30 11 16 17 18 19 Jr to hotel 16:40 ~20:40 (every 1hour)
