Staff, location, cleanliness

Location is good, but the semi-double room is quite small for 2 person. Every time I needed to pass my room key to cs staff before we went out, it's quite inconvenient.

1. Room two bed duplex was awesome 2. Kitchen ware was fully equipped 3. View is great

Thought the hotel itself was fine but when it comes to the room the temperature it's off the scale. We had the window open and the fan on and it was still unbearable.

It might be during a busy time, the lady in the reception wrongly assigned me to a correct room. But soon she assigned me to a new room; I was impressed for her good attitude and taking the responsibility although she looked really tired. After I checked
