Clean rooms, very helpful and courteous staff, all the necessary amenities for a stay of several days or even weeks. Great location in central Strasbourg. Would absolutely stay here again without hesitation.

Rooms and grounds were spectacular, staff were discrete and amazing; even though there were other couples there it was like you had so much privacy and you were there alone

Great location, however the hotel is pretty shabby and would need some refurbrishment (like changing doors, or windows to make rooms more soundproof, fixing the leaking cealing in the dining room), also WI-Fi could work better and not only in common areas
