Hotel has a nice exterior and lobby. It is clean and well-located. But is very old and dated - carpets and wall are worn, bathroom fixtures are old and cheap, and so are room electronics. It needs a major make over qualify as a really good holet

Big queues at the reception, paid Internet didn't work.

When I check in the room I saw that still there were remaining trash from the earlier visitor. Even the customer feedback form was not collected. The check in time is 3 pm. It is very late. The rooms are really tiny. I really wonder what they are cleaning

Very young staff in restaurant would benefit from some form of supervisor to ensure excellent customer service at breakfast. Sweet enough just lacked experience and confidence. Exceptionally clean bedrooms and bathrooms - well done.
