Very close to bus stop, 15mins to Ueno station by walking. They clean up rooms everyday and carefully, however room at 1F smells like too much disinfectent.

everything was awful except the location, insects everywhere while some of the household appliances couldn't function. It was a complete mess staying in this awful hotel inside the beautiful town

Greeting was personal, check in very efficient, rooms all lovely, the only criticism I'd have is that the bathroom floor seemed slightly tacky. Friuit, water chocolates in room lovely. Views (Room 6) great. Bed linen, pillows and bed all very good. Lo
