The hotel is just 5 minutes from the main Champs Elysees road. It is behind Zara and Marks & Spencer, and just a block away from Louis Vuitton. It's about 20 minutes away from Arc De Triomphe and 30 minutes away (all by walk) from Musee D'Orsa

It was the worst experience in my travel life. They gave us bunk bed instead of twin room reservation without any notice and no apologies. Reception man avoided responsibility to make an excuse of manager's absence.

But parking was very expensive, maybe the management can do something about it.

Nothing to write home about. The bathroom was very dated. The rooms all share a balcony. Someone tried to get into our room. No window in the room so if we didnt leave the door open we would boil to death. No aircon, a fan but only 2 plugs in the room. I

This is a good location, and a lovely foyer area to the hotel, however staff were uninterested, and cleaning was not satisfactory at all. We stayed two nights at the Tainui Hamilton Hotel, and following this went to their sister hotel at the Auckland Airp
