The hotel room is stinky. The carpet is dirty and has mold around. There is cracks in the washing bath tub that will get hurt is step on. I book for two nights but still choose to check-out after the first night.

Very reasonable room rate. Very close to the Japan Railway Station. Clean. Tasty food, Tochigi Japanese beef.

A great hotel,but with a very bad cleaning service, we have stayed for 5 nights, but the cleaning service didnt seem doing their job, didnt clean up the kitchen, bedroom and rubbish, the apartement itself is pretty good

Sweet room very nice

Aircon in room seems weak.. Just 1 stop away frm Disney sea.. Convenient store in the hotel
