Our en-suite bathroom was elegantly designed, but very small to the point of impracticality

Right by all the restaurants..ATM 30m walk...2 bars for al fresco drinks and dining beneath and a great ice cream shop next door. 2 mins to station and old town a pleasant stroll. A must stay at reasonable price and do not miss drinks and nibbles in recep

Room is very clean & spacious. When arrived staff was fantastic & friendly but when leaving service was bad. Ask the staff for a taxi & they did help me get 1 but when taxi arrived, at least 4 staff was standing watching me struggling with 4 l

It was a last minute booking as we were visiting a relative at Raigmore hospital the booking had not been processed by the time we had reached the hotel and we waited over an hour and a half to get into room the reception could have offered to telephone a

very close to shopping area, room is clean, no problem to communicate hotel staff with English
