Very outdated room, very small, noisy floor boards from rooms above. Facilities in room were all in terrible condition and are in need of replacing. Worst Hilton I've ever stayed in, wouldn't expect this poor quality from such a big brand. Surpris

Communal facilities are excellent - but rooms are very small and watch out for significant and arbitrary inflation of initially quoted room rate when you come to pay the bill.

The hotel is value for money. Though there is a near-by subway of Shinjuku Gyoemmae Station by Marunouchi Line, It is quite a distance from JR Shinjuku Station. If there is no heavy baggage to lug along, then it will be ok. There are also some food outlet
