We spent 5 nights here, location is excellent. People are nice and can speak good English. Air conditioning is just good. Toilet and bath room is big enough compare to other hotels in Paris. We like the breakfast very much, plenty of choices, just a

The owner was friendly. Showed us to the room. Also sent us to the train station the next morning. Room was adequate and value for money.

Room is big enough for 2 persons but hotel is far from station.
