      Did not like that after one oclock on checkout day you need to pay 20 £ extra for each hour which i incounter only in hilton paddington ???!!!!!

      The Ryokan is old but very clean and very comfortable.The staff is polite and helpful.

      Just take off the airport shuttle bus you can find the hotel in front of you. The hotel is close to train terminal. Large department store is just behind the hotel. The size of the room is relatively small.

      I have visited Tokyo, Osaka, Hokkaido & other region of Japan. This is the worst hotel i ever visited in Japan. Staff are not friendly, room are old and dusty, toilet bowl is dirty when we enter the room, the iron board & fridge is not functioning
