Room much smaller than expected, small toilet room. Towels were old and worn which made them look grubby. Nothing to comment on and find that was any good.

I stay here quite frequently, as its in a good location and very good value. Hotel is a 'rolling refurbishment' so sometimes the rooms are great, other times they are old and very tired, however they are always clean and reasonably comfortable.

The Orchid has been recently renovated. Whole hotel feels fresh, new and stylish. Room excellent for price. Location fantastic, you can walk slowly anywhere in central Bournemouth or to the beach within 5-10 minutes. Staff is a pan-European mix so they do

Good location, in general felt satisfied with the 2 days trip . Hotel provides free shuttle to Tokyo station which is very convenient.

The first impressions I got from the hotel was how rude the staff were. Having travelled extensively over the last two years this has to rate as the faulty towers of all hotels.
