      We had lots of plans for our trip to London, so we just needed a place to sleep. The place was better than expected, nice beds and an decent bathroom. The staff was friendly and helpfull. There was a train station nearby and with only 25 min. to Liverpool

      The room is smaller compared to the review one, and the receptionist is not professional in explaining in details. I am very upset when i see the room then i complained but no response.

      The owner was very helpful and made sure we knew how to get around the area and recommended places to visit. We were offered a free breakfast as my parents had stayed at Richelieu in 1950's - nice!
