On arrival I was required to pay for a second time despite presenting my AGODA receipt. This was refunded in the morning when the manageresss came on duty, but should never have happened. Bed and room were OK. A worn a the edges. En siute acceptable excep
Location is perfect, close to Namba station and shopping area withy lots of restaurants nearby. Hotel itself is quiet and clean. Room is alright with basic things all provided. Good choice for limited budget.
