Not good very hot no air con when we complained staff not interested how can this hotel promote it self as 4 star wit no air con

Fantastic setting within easy walking distance of many of the main places to visit in London. Very friendly and considerate staff who made the stay a pleasure. I would certainly recommend it

- rooms at the hotel are spacious, larger than the average hotel room -location is outside downtown area -hotel staff if not so adept at assisting in terms of direction to places we want to go to - furniture at the hotel especially the lobby is quire old.
