The room was okay but I didn't know I had to verify my card after paying and booking online. To verify the card, it will deduct 1 pound. I forgot the pin of my card so I give them a proof (all my IDs) that the card is mine but they still insist on pay

Generally ok, not many guests and only a few staff around. Rather too quiet. Nothing much around the area. Few eateries. Not near any train station. Nothing really special about the room..perhaps the remote-controlled lighting?

No desk in my room 503. Poor electrical outlets for charging lap tops, phones and boiling water. Plumbing rather old fashioned, particularly wasting water to get hot water and difficulty to move water from bath to shower.
