We booked only because it was close to gare du nord. Otherwise the hotel had extremely small rooms and an even smaller bathroom. Bare bones essentials were provided. Linen etc were clean and overall apart from the room sizes we are satisfied with our stay

Good front desk staff. Room is spacious.

The hard part comes when your rooms are not on the ground floor and you have luggages to carry up to your room through stairs because there isn't any lift . The neighbourhood did not give us the safe feeling.

Excellent position for shoppers, but for work it is also close to Bond St Tube, Mayfair, Piccadilly and is ideal for my needs. The staff are attentive, friendly and efficient. Only one complaint, they ran out of my favourite jelly beans!
