good location nearby metro and restaurants, nice rooms with a big space for clothes, bathroom and toilet are separated, nice breakfast-room, very friendly staff (equal if at the reception-desk, in the breakfast-room or in house-keeping).

Good Hotel but abit too far outside Bath City Centre

the location is great, 5 min to the beach and pedestrian atea. The staff is professional and helpful. The room was comfortable.

Overall reasonable, good location, serving buffet food

Room was dusty, hairs every where on bed. Only got one towels for one person. No shampoo or shower gel. Shower was broken had to hold it with one hand while showering.

Break Fast (Eggs Benedict)

All a bit scruffy and outdated. Decor a throw back from the 60/70's Bathroom grouting and bath sealant not very nice. Overall ok but could do with updating. A series of drink clients returning at 3.30 am didn't help much either.
