Located just next to the JR Hakata station so there are lots of shopping malls and restaurants nearby. Room and Bathroom are not very spacious but very tidy and clean. A great hotel choice if you want to live near the station.

The AC was not working properly so it was not comfortable sleeping in the room....

Excellent location close to bus stops and main strip. Restaurant was helpful in ordering a custom meal, very quiet even during the day (we got in very early, so slept through the morning). Prices reasonable, but had to pay NZD$40 for early checkin (7am).

We stayed in superior room, comfortable bed and enought space for 2 ppl.

Access to public transport. Close to resturaunts. Nice bed.

Far from everything but convenient to bus to get to restaurants. It just ok, nothing special at all. It was clean, though.
