We booked this last minute due to a cancelled flight. The price was cheap. Hotel staff were not super friendly nor helpful. The hotel looks grand, but is a little run down. In saying that, for the price we paid, we were pleasantly surprised by the way the

We checked in late after tour in downtown. Had to check in at another tower then back to another tower. Very inconvenience. Different towers made it confusing. Parking is a little far, not underneath the tower.

Really enjoyed our stay, very great location and the breakfast was very good. The room served its purpose and it was very convienent to by the subway.
