Anpanman museum, malls and kobe tower are just 10-20 minutes walk from the hotel. The big balcony with sea view is awesome, you can sit here enjoying a cup of coffee/beer in the sea breeze. A very relax stay here.

Great position, reasonable size room as we also had an extra bed for our 12 yr old daughter. Very clean, nice view, but found the beds very hard. It is near underground station queensway or Lancaster rd and there are lots of restaurants along queensway r

Customer service was excellent, helpful and friendly. The rooms were a good size and clean. I was on the top floor for a few days and found the room cold even with the heater going 24/7. The final day was on the second floor and the room was much warmer a
