While we were inside the room, the housekeeping manager entered our room! What about our privacy? Also, the next day when we had placed the 'Do Not Disturb' sign on the door, the room was made up.

Food comfortableness

although small, it is clean and good selection of restaurants for the family. Easy access to Disneyland so it was a good place to stay at.

Location, price, personal service

It isn't a home away from home. It is plain awful looking at the staff going about their day. For God's sake, guys, it is a hospitality business, not hostile!! It is hilarious, you can cry.
