Staff is average friendly, they ask your key when leave the hotel every time. My locker was locked but they didn't attend to it even after I complained about it. Location is good and and very near to the metro and Eiffel Tower. They provide new towels

Only problem was the lift - it wasn't working 3 out of 4 days we were there at times. Had to catch the service lifts on more than one occasion or the stairs.

The room was very hot and ac was not working

The hotel is situated in a quiet location with well kept gardens. The rooms are comfortable with all necessary facilities and nicely decorated, as is the hotel throughout. Meals are well prepared and served with a smile! We would definitely return.
