location, clean and friendly staff

The location of the hotel is convenient and it is walking distance to the town center. Room is roomy and beds are comfortable. So overall the rates are value for money too.

Problems when we first arrived but they were sorted out immediately by the Duty Manager. The staff were really helpful and friendly. We have stayed here a few times before and have enjoyed all our stays. Breakfast is amazing and in lovely dining rooms. I

A very bright and big window as the hotel pictures. Staff are very kind. If they can sleek English will be better.
