Friendly staff, central location and beautiful decor

Location and staff were good

Good location, everything in the room clean and tidy. Reception staff dont speak English so it would be better if you could speak a bit japanese in order to communicate with them.

Stayed just for a night at the start of my holiday. Studio was decent with all the basic facilities. Though one thing that was strange is there is no air con or fan in the room - which when it was 27 degrees makes being in the room uncomfortable....that&#

Nice and clean hotel and good location easier to visit different sightsees in Sapporo.

This hotel is situated near the bastille metro and has many restaurants around it. The breakfast was disappointing as it is very simple. We stayed there for 5 nights and there was not a change in breakfast menu.

Location, the rooms on the higher floors is very nice but small, pleasant service

The breakfasts were only satisfactory, the steaks at dinner were excellent
