Was it Pierre? Absolutely charming young man. Ultra helpful with a relaxed attitude. Room a bit of a quirky shape but would probably return here if I visit Bordeaux again.

Good location. Walking distance to many tourist attractions. Room have full amenities and very clean. Front desk staff can speak good English and are very helpful and friendly.
