good location friendly staff and good value

We spend 5 nights at Newham and it was placed in a fine distancce from train and busses. The staff is friendly and the room was cleaned everyday. The breakfast could have been better, but was eatable.

Hard to get to. Badly signed. Rooms very poor quality for money.
