Our room had everything we needed. Late in and tired with very early start for ferry. All staff were most helpful and efficient. Good venue for a ferry arrival or departure from sites quay. Sadly not a good view out of window and unable to open for fresh

Really solid hotel. Very small rooms but clean and great for people not spending much time in them! Showers are weird as they are plastic cubicles in the rooms. But it's quite common it seems here.

Good service

We were two couples travelling together on a self drive holiday trying to visit various locations. Booked for two nights at this hotel and in hindsight should have booked for longer. Great place to stay

The only best thing was the swimming pool

Very nice hotel and facility.very beautyful garden.location was very awful,hotel locate min the middle of the mountain. It cost expensive take taxi from Odawara station $60 USD one way
