The ryokan style room was a great Japanese experience within a hotel with good facilities. However concierge service was a little slow at helping. Great stay otherwise

Lots of effort making this a great place to stay. Units were comfortable and very clean. Laundry facilities the best we have seen in our troubles. Loved the communal table for groups to have a BBQ or just socialise. 10 min max walk to the wharf and local

The rooms aren't well decorated but neat and clean. Hotel can make do with some new mattress for the beds though as it was too soft and springy. What makes up the hotel is the location. It is fanastic! Not to forget the italian restaurant beside the h
