      The location is great, just opposite of the Lotte mall, and I heard from some local friends that this price is great.

      The hotel is nice and the staff is very pleasant. The property is not in town but is only a few minutes away from town, decent shopping and narita airport. very good price compared to tokyo area hotels of similar ratings.
