Fast and efficient shuttle service. Room was outdated but it served our layover purpose. Staff was very friendly. A lot of eating choices immediately around the hotel .

Comfortable, good breakfast, good shower

Basic, nice, excellent location for our purposes: close to LSE and direct Underground connection to Heathrow Airport. Helpful staff. For some reason the room didn't have anything for hanging up one's clothes such as a suit. Strange.

Great facilities at a very reasonable price. Staff were very accomodating, good basic gym, have to come back in summer to try the outdoor pool though.
