Our family stayed in this hotel for one night. Overall, we are satisfied. The location and room cleanliness and service quality are excellent.

I have visited Tokyo, Osaka, Hokkaido & other region of Japan. This is the worst hotel i ever visited in Japan. Staff are not friendly, room are old and dusty, toilet bowl is dirty when we enter the room, the iron board & fridge is not functioning

All the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located, just a short walk into the town centre. Nice little river running by outside with trout in. We were attending a wedding at Barnsley House Hotel and the Riverside was just a short
