Never come to this hotel early since they're not allow you to make an early check-in except you pay 2,200 yen per hour! And the check-in time is... 3pm!!!

The location was perfect, just 2 min from Louvre, the staff was helpful with welcoming attitude, and the brekfast was exelent:)

Convenience to airport shuttle and snow fest

We stayed 2 nights.The hotel was next to the Randen electrical railroad Shijo-Omiya station. This goes to many tourist sites. Room was small, typical of Japanese rooms but adequate. Breakfast was ok. Walking distance of downtown area.
