Excellent all round hotel ! only negative was that breakfast wasn't included in the price of the room

Great hotel, awesome staff. Central location and walking distance to a lot of great sites.

Efforts of staff were saving grace of this review. Very helpful with early check in provided and making up sofa bed in evening. Other than that the hot pools (main reason for booking here) were luke warm. The shower is located inside the bathtub which is

sad no golf course. Carpets tired in public areas.

This was our 2nd time staying at the Washington hotel and it will not be our last one. This is great little gem in London Mayfair. Rooms are large and clean and it's very quiet at night for a good relaxing sleep. I would recommend it to all!
