The decoration in the room run down. Door key not functioning well. Bed too soft not comfortable.

Romantic Castle for couples with fantastic atmosphere ; Nice food but non-professional staff by the restaurant.

Those travel by Eurorail and Euro star train this hotel is really located in the right place just opposite to the central rail station.

There's something for everybody here. Must visit for a weekend or 2 - 3 day short stay. Lots to do both with in the resort as well as around in the lake district.
