Spotlessly clean, great location and quiet

close to the tube, spacious room

I found this hotel very disappointing. While the lobby is beautiful the rooms are very small, expensive and the beds are the mos uncomfortable that I have ever slept on. I used Agoda to make a reservation and feel that I was significantly over charged. I

Love the hospitality, room, gardens and excellent cooking.

fitness center is underground of that same building not run by the hotel itself. you may need to pay an extra cost.

Not the flashest hotel but helpful staff, sufficient space in room and location fine. By London standards, reasonable value for money and would stay there again.
