A little clistophobic on the top floor

When I booked this inn, I understood the location would not be excellent and I accepted it. However, the front desk staff here were generally below average standard in Japan, without smile and initiative to help customers.

The best rooms are on the top floor , view of Eiffel Tower from window . Bathroom clean . Front office staff friendly and breakfast was superb
