The Quest Auckland has great facilities, is comfortable, clean and tidy and a great location. It is a great place for a solo traveler or a business person.

The room is luxurious and bigger than most hotel rooms in Osaka or Tokyo. Service is excellent. Location is a little far from the action at Umeda but manageable with a 10-15 walk.

Fantastic service with professional staff. Convenience store across carpark makes it easy to stock up on food and needs for a self drive tour.

I always love this hotel. But this time our room is smaller and my honeymoon request was not entertained. Also there was trash in the bin when we arrived. undoubtedly location is perfect for all!

Accessible, centralised location & comfortable stay

Booked this hotel with my mum in 1990. We decided to come back for old times sake! Was lovely.
