Great location around the corner from the museum and close to restaurants. Original room on lower ground floor tiny and airless so requested a higher room which was organised for the following night.

The staff are extremely unwelcoming. The room service are the rudest I have had to deal with. They have an ascendor by the stairs for strollers and wheelchairs, I have a heavy double stroller and everytime they want me to carry it rather than letting me u

This is a very nice hotel, great location, room a little cramped but comfortable and nice bathroom, lovely breakfast. Very helpful at reception recommend a good restaurant and a place to park. Breakfast was nice and plenty to eat, would definitely recom
